Medium-hard, flexible synthetic resin from BASF Ultracur3D

EL 150 is a technical synthetic resin from the Flexible / Elastomeric product line of the German chemical company. EL 150 is characterized by an optimum combination of high strength, elongation at break and rebound. The resin has a Shore hardness of 78A and is therefore rather stronger. With FL 60 (Shore 73A), EL 60 (Shore 71A) and especially FL 300 (Shore 39A), the manufacturer has a large selection of flexible resins in various Shore hardnesses.

EL 150 comes as standard in a natural, transparent version. However, the material can also be colored by adding color pigments. The manufacturer has been able to validate EL 150 on a range of 3D printers so that the material can be easily printed on 3D printers with an open material system.
