An innovation to race
For performance enthusiasts’ riders, inspirated by the motor sports industry, the Searacer is the ultimate product representing performance, innovation and ultimate sensation.
Aggressive and responsive
Searacer offers 50 minutes autonomy and maximum speed of 77 km/h, elevating the adrenaline rush for riders seeking thrill and speed. With its high- performance capabilities, this model maintains a total weight of 65 kg, ensuring precise handling and highest levels of performance on the water.
3DHUB Greece was in charge of producing the 3D printed prototype bodykits, not just for development but for producing the 1st functional units that were shown in launching expos and ofc for real life open sea riding tests!
As most projects, the available time was minimal so a farm of Raise3D Pro2 Plus and Pro3 Plus 3D printers, running Hyper Speed firmware were needed, so as to produce the bodykits parts fast! Material of choice was Hyper Speed ABS, due to excellent layer adhesion and material properties, as these prototypes needed to withstand both actual sea riding and also the hot Greek sun!
Parts were then assembled by Searider team, then sent to be sanded and painted by our experienced painting partner. Last stage was to fit them in the prototype Searacer bikes and enjoy them in the open sea! These prototypes were present at the unveiling of the Searider product line at various expos so far!
